Description
While uploading mp4 file from video block on RHS block setting need Need to add Spacing in video block poster image label and select, replace button.

The label had a bottom margin of 8px in 5.5 and not 5.6 (and it's still missing in 5.8.1 with Gutenberg 11.7.0).
