Sync the default package script versions in older branches

In the 5.0-5.3 branches, the block editor related package versions were defined in script-loader.php. This was replaced in 5.4 with an auto generated file, removing the need to manually update this list. Recently, a few were not bumped correctly. This should be corrected.

Commits this was missed:

• 5.2: [47946], [50074] and [51756].
• 5.3: [44960] (autop changed to incorrect version) and [51756].
