    11I've refreshed [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/1624 PR 1624] with the changes mentioned above.

     3In local testing (each a clean attempt at upgrading from 6.1.1) to a custom package with these changes, the old files were preloaded, deleted, and the new files placed in `wp-includes/Requests/src`.
