Description
Hi,
There are many plugins that deal with direct file access but are difficult to manage or configure. Could this issue be resolved by using an underscore in the media folder name? _images for example. This would prevent direct access using the file name.

Sorry that nobody ever got back to you on this issue @treslabs! I'll close this off as there hasn't been any interest in three years and there are multiple plugins available for implementing various levels of security, privacy, and protection for media files.
