Update link in grey section box in themes directory

Description

  1. Start here: https://wordpress.org/themes/
  2. Click the link in the grey area midpage for Commerical Themes and you end up at this page: https://wordpress.org/themes/commercial/ as expected.

On this page: https://wordpress.org/themes/commercial/, however, the link in the grey section does not change... it remains the same link (now to itself, making it redundant and perhaps a little confusing.)

I would expect that the link in the grey section would change from linking to the commercial directory to linking back to the main themes directory ( https://wordpress.org/themes/.)

In other words, change the link in the grey area so that you have easy navigation back to where you came from, thus enabling you to basically toggle between public and commercial themes.

When you are in the public themes directory, the link goes to commercial themes. When you are in the commercial themes directory, the links should go to public but current does not.

Could you move this ticket to Meta Trac, too?
