Widget overlap in customizer settings

In Twenty twenty one theme widget overlap in customizer settings when we adjust width of search widget and then selcting recent post widget on that tome widget are overlapping with above search widget.

Could you check if the issue also happens in other themes? Just trying to determine whether it's a general issue with the Customizer or with the Twenty Twenty-One theme specifically, in which case it should be moved to the Bundled Theme component.

This is also comes under in twenty nineteen and twenty twenty theme.when we align left,right and adjusting width of search widget this issue are coming.

The toolbar still overlaps the block above it.
But the blocks themselves do not look broken anymore.
The blocks do not overlap.

In WordPress version 6.4.2:

• Blocks do not overlap the block toolbar, the toolbar is fully visible, focusable and clickable.
• Block toolbars still overlap the block above it: But so does block toolbars in the block editor, so I don't think it is an issue. Deselecting the block hides the toolbar and all blocks can be selected.

I suggest closing this ticket.
