Move successfull imported term message after save button

Description
I think it is better to move the successfull import term (Term added.) to after the save button. Because when we want to add a new term on the same page several times, we have to skip these messages and scroll a lot to get to the save button.

Hi and thanks for the report!
The "Term added" message should be part of a plugin that enables adding bulk terms. If you know which plugin does that (Real Estate?), you could report this on their support forum. Other forums are available on WordPress.org, too, including Persian forums.
I would recommend placing the notification on the top instead of where it is or below the submit button. #42937 adds a notification at the top for individual term additions/changes in Core for WordPress 5.9 (available soon). The plugin author may need to update their notifications because of that as well.
Since this is not a Core enhancement/bug, 'invalid' is the appropriate resolution.
@SergeyBiryukov I have problem yet. any support?
