Description
The links inside the header submenu appear outside the page, both on the front-end and the editor.

Very welcome to WordPress Core Trac. This is where we follow up on things that need to be fixed in the WordPress core itself.
However, what you're describing here is controlled by your theme (and perhaps some plugins) and not by WordPress core.
I suggest that you check what support alternatives are available for the theme you're using. For free themes that are available here on WordPress.org, there are special sub-forums for every theme (although some theme developers have specifically indicated that they don't read support topics there).
I'm going to mark this ticket as invalid, since this Trac instance is not meant for support.
