(no title) bug

If a user makes a post without a title, the post shows up as (no title). However, if the user tries to delete, change status, etc.. of that (no title) post, core does not render those commands. The page refreshes with no changes.

Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce it during the triage section:

1. Create a new post without title
2. Add some content to the post
3. Save the draft or publish the post
4. Remove the post or change the status

In the 3rd step tem members have different results:
For me the post is being named '(no-title)' but for other team members it's 'Untitled'.

@samjco could you post the exact steps to reproduce + used environment?
