When I'm trying to export template and template parts, it returns me an empty zip.

Thank you @mehedi890 for the ticket. Unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce the issue.

Could you confirm that the problem happens without any additional plugins enabled + using the default theme?

Are there any errors in the JS console or in the WP Debug Log?

Yap, the issue was caused by an export plugin. Otherwise, it's working fine.
