In WordPress 5.9 I am unable to Drag and drop to reorder tracks in an audio playlist.

I reverted to WordPress 5.8.3 and I can Drag and drop to reorder tracks.

I have 3 other sites on WordPress 5.9 that this function does not work on.

Hi there, and welcome to WordPress trac!

This was unfortunately caused by a regression in one of the 3rd-party libraries used within WordPress that got updated with the latest release, we've already implemented a fix for this in ticket #55016, which will be included with the upcoming release of WordPress 5.9.1

Apologies, as I mentioned the incorrect ticket number with the resolution, it should be ticket #54902.
