Description
Galerías: no se pueden "arrastrar y soltar" las imágenes para reordenarlas.
Con el "maravilloso" Gutenberg aún se puede cambiar el orden con las flechas una vez insertada la galería. Con el Editor Clásico imposible.

This is a knows issue, and was tracked in ticket #54902, and the fix for this will be included with WordPress 5.9.1 when it is released.
