Update preview icons in the Media Library

As part of the latest FSE Outreach Program's exploration, the following feedback was shared:

In the media library it would be nice to have “preview icons” for file types other than images, i.e.a “screenshot” of something in an mp4 file that gives the user a look at what is in the file. The placeholder icons that have been used for years looks meaningless and dated.

thank you @annezazu ! This is a very welcome change. I believe we are tracking a solution to this that is not automatic but gives the behavior mentioned in this feedback.

I'm going to close this ticket in favor of tracking in the other. Thanks for sharing the feedback!
