Description
Compose a new WordPress post or edit an existing post.
Place an imag on the post.
Click the image and edit the image caption.
From this point, the title becomes un-editable. You cannot click in the title, nor select text in the title. You can still edit content elsewhere in the post, but not the title. The title remains unable to edit until you leave the page and return to it or refresh it in the browser.

Thank you for reporting this. It does seem like something that is hard to replicate. For now as a result I am going to close this. We can always reopen if it is something can be duplicated though.

Hello @franklinveaux and welcome to WordPress Core Trac,
I can not reproduce the issue. Could you please verify that it occurs on a new WP 5.9.1 install, with a default theme and no plugin? Thanks.
