Title is replace by Quantcast text all post title is being replaced by this word When I open post then title showing which I have put during article writing on post u can check.

Plz fixed my issues when I updated from that time this issues showing.

The plugin you are using has not been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. This means it may have compatibility issues with newer versions of WordPress.

I encourage you to post on ​that plugin's support forum and/or ​the WordPress support forums.

I am not using that plugin all article titles has been replaced by that Quantcast word.

That plugin was installed and activated on your site, as it showed in the source code. The plugin has since been disabled.
