Different CSS order causes inconsistency between editor and actual page

Description

Fresh WordPress, 2022 theme, no plugins.

There are some styles loaded as an external file by "load-styles.php" in the editor while being inlined in the actual page.

This creates different cascading between editor and actual page, and hence a different design.

About the screenshot - the margin above the image disappears on the actual page because of the issue described. There is no way of recreating it without custom CSS.

Hi @asafm7 I am unable to replicate this and in your screenshot it does look like this is the editor wrapper but from an older version of the editor. For now, due to time passing what I am going to suggest is moving this to close. If you are still experiencing this we can absolutely reopen with more information if you could provide it. Thank you and hopefully you have this issue resolved, my apologies it took so long to get a response for you.

Yes, it's been a while, and was probably fixed with changes.

Thanks, @karmatosed.
