Description
Take some time going to the right part to drop a video in and then it put's it at the top.
Nice can just use the arrows or hold and drag it to the right spot.
It's nice too that now it shows like a icon that it's still uploading. But what would be nice is a bar to show the % of it uploading.

This issue is unclear, and with no follow-ups, isn't really practical to follow up on.
It seems to reference two different types of issues:
1) Drag and drop of video into editor dropping inaccurately.
2) Detailed processing feedback of large uploads.
Testing #1, I was unable to reproduce the issue. There are numerous closed issues related to drag and drop in the Gutenberg repository, however, and it's entirely possible there was an issue resolved in the intervening four years.
#2 is a separate issue, and perhaps should be raised elsewhere. It does seem like it would be useful, however. @adamsilverstein Do you have thoughts about that?

This was 4 years ago I think it's fixed now. If I remember right were you drag and drop the video it would not put it there but at the top. It don't do that any more.
But one more thing I love to see a % of the upload of a video right now it just has a timer and you can only guess how long it will take.
Thank you.
Hi @RaymondDay, welcome to Trac!
Could you be a bit more specific as to where you're trying to drag and drop videos? Please provide as many detailed steps as possible so that other contributors can go through and reliably reproduce the problem that you're seeing.
Also, please verify that the issue still occurs when all plugins are disabled and a default theme is used.
