Description
In the additional CSS panel in Customizer, the linked text "Learn more about CSS" is linking to the Codex page.

There is now an equivalent page on HelpHub so the link shall be updated.

Sounds great.
Worth noting the URL would also need to be translatable since HelpHub is available in several Locales, and also that it would be nice to add a translator comment to the link for consistency with other HelpHub links :)
