There is one notable problem with implementing this mockup.

A Mozilla bug (fixed 2007-12-18) that makes background images spill beyond rounded corners makes those three pixels outside each corner gray instead of blue.

I have coded a solution with rounded edges and no background image. Screenshots are attached. When the fix is released we can add the background image with little effort.

Still needs work for IE.
