We keep getting CONSTANT notices from you, and we don't know where its coming from. Notices such as: [FORSYTE VON BUREN] Password Changed; Password changed for user: fredricschimmel- WHO ARE THESE USERS??? WHERE ARE THEY COMING FROM? Please help. Thank you

Hi @forsyteinc and welcome to WordPress Trac. The emails you're describing are sent to the site admin email any time a user changes their password so that you can monitor for unusual activity. As such I don't believe there is a bug in WordPress itself here, however if you are receiving a lot of these emails then that could indicate an issue with your site specifically. I'd suggest asking for help on the WordPress forums if you require further assistance.
