Description

​A ​user ​cant bulk remove categories but can add bulk categories​. Using the bulk edit tools, a user ​can assign a category to several posts at once. However, the converse doesnt work. A user cannot bulk unassign categories from several posts at a time because the though a post may have a category assigned to it, none of the bulk edit category boxes is checked. Essentially, in bulk action mode, categories assigned to post doesnt show for the user to uncheck.
