Auto title text for images uploaded into media library

Description

​When an image is loaded​ into media during a post​, the image file name is set as ​the "title" but many users would want the ​"​alt​"​ field rather ​to be auto populated. Of all the options there, the alt seems to be the most beneficial attribute in terms of SEO.
