Description
On WordPress.com dashboard, after an import, the success screen does not go off and occupies the place of the import button. So a user cannot import again. Even if the user goes back to Tools and navigates back to Import, the situation persist. To get the Import button back, the user needs to go another section of the admin dashboard and then come back. Its like an import locks the session till one leaves the Tools component.
