Replace <strike> in visual editor with <del>

Description
The non-visual editor uses the semantically-valid <del> tag while TinyMCE uses <strike>. No reason for the discrepancy, and <del> is the better choice.

TinyMCE 3 uses style="text-decoration: line-through;".
Can add support for cite, abbr, acronym, ins and del but with another plugin for TinyMCE. For now closing as fixed.
