View Page message disappears too quickly

Description

After you update a page or post you often want to view it immediately.
WP used to always show a "View Page" link in the top of the editing view.
It's been replaced with a "View Page" message on the lower left, that fades out after a few seconds, and sometimes it takes too long to click it.
There's no easy way to view the page/post you just edited. Could we keep the "View Page" up longer, or put it somewhere permanent?
