No tag in the editor to reuse blocks

Description
Since the 6.0 update, the tag to have access at the reusables blocks have disappeared.
Impossible to ractivate it. You can create new reusables bolcks, see them in the block manager but you are not abble to access them in the wisiwig editor, the tag has gone.

Could you also post steps that we should follow in order to reproduce the problem? Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see this issue so far.
