Gutenberg Latest Posts block does not respect conditional logic

Description
I have a post containing conditional logic to display blocks (I've tried "Conditional Blocks" and "WP Groups"). Using the Post viewer, the post displays correctly, with different blocks showing for logged in and logged out users.
However, if I have a page with the "Latest Posts widget, the page shows ALL BLOCKS for both logged in and logged out users.
If I then click the Post Title to see the post by itself, the Post Viewer correctly shows just yhe intended blocks.
Latest Posts should work the same way as the single post viewer.
