Installer screen, button is NOT disabled when username is emtpy

Description

The install button is disabled upon entry. But it will ENABLE even when the username is still fully empty.

I don't think it's really necessary to make this button disable, as user will get the error message on submit.

yes they will, however the button is triggered (disabled or not) on other input fields, why not this important one as well?
