Description

I feel this ticket was closed prematurely.

https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/6350#no0

I have had:

3x developers try to fix this issue and each of them lead to it's not a plugin issue it's an issue with WordPress.org core code.

I had my hosting Company Liquid web try s as well they came to the same conclusion and told me to log a ticket with WordPress.org.

this is not a plugin from what I have been told see here:

https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/tutorials-guides/translations/

I have put a post on the support page and they are telling me the same thing if it's not a plugin I need to log a ticket with WordPress.org

https://wordpress.org/support/topic/new-translations-are-available-doesnt-go-away-2/

How do I get a hold of WordPress.org to work to get this resolved?

Hi @knssconsulting,

Welcome to Trac!

Could you provide a brief summary of what the problem and solution were? It may help others that find this ticket.

Also, the WordPress.org Support Forums is a better location for receiving help with issues like this in the future.

Hi @desrosj this can be closed. I had another support person from the previous ticket I logged provide more insight and it appears they were able to fix the issue which was WPMUDEV plugin was not updating properly
