Description
Our site whitelabelstudio.com isn't loading any of the media files - photos, video, etc - that it should be. The media files are there in the library but nothing loads from within the library or on the site itself. I checked our plugins as well and I got a notification that they have all (about 7 total) been deactivated because the "plugin file does not exist."

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your website.
The support forums likely would be more helpful for individual site support. The site may be looking for media and plugin files in the wrong directory. You could check the Site Address and WordPress Address under Settings > General. If those are both correct, you could also check the wp-config.php file.
Feel free to reopen this ticket if it was a WordPress core software issue.
