Twenty Twenty: Not able to change the Text size or Color for Add citation in Gutenberg Quote block

Hello Team,

In Twenty Twenty Theme when we select Quote block we cannot able to change the Text size or Color for the "Add citation" text. Also for the Left Border we cannot able to change its color.

The original size and text color needs to be kept. They should still be used when the user does not change the color and font sizes in the block options.

@nithi22 I realise some time has passed but just coming to this to look how we can move it along. Unless I am mistaken the following needs to be done:

@poena has advised rightly that the original size and text colors should be kept and still allow the changes to happen.
