Hey,
The string "Username or Email Address" need to update in the Russian language. This string is called on wp-includes/general-template.php:517 and wp-login.php:832 wp-login.php:1402
Currently, the translated string is "Имя пользователя или email". The word {email} is in English in translation.
Suggestion: "Имя пользователя или адрес электронной почты"
