In wordpress 6.0 when we open theme appearance setting and hover on themes boxes so there is some high transition effect are occure.So we need add smooth hover effects.

The transition would certainly be more noticeable with the longer duration.

Could you create a new patch for themes.css, without the editor stylesheets, from the root directory instead of src or build?
