Problem WP 6.0

Good morning,
Our site currently in production (​https://www.atimorganti.it/) works regularly, we have changed hosting and we are running tests to update WP and Plugins.

Our Test environment is ​https://test.atimorganti.it, when we moved the site everything went well, but after updating the WP version from 4.7.10 to 6.0 some pages are not reachable, if I try accessing the toolset plugin menu presents me with the following message "A critical error has occurred on your website. Check the site administrator's inbox for instructions." but the mail does not arrive.

I have enabled debugging on wp that I am attaching.

Can you help me?
