Hi @worknow
Welcome to WordPress Core Trac. This is where we follow-up on bugs, fixes, and development of the WordPress Core itself.
What you write here looks much more as if you want to know, how you can achieve a certain goal with your own website. For that, you should really use the WordPress support forums instead, please go to https://wordpress.org/support/ and find a suitable forum for your question.
I'm going to close this ticket. If I have misunderstood you and you're indeed suggesting an improvement to WordPress Core, then you can add more information and reopen the ticket.
