Description
I hope this is the right place to report, I couldn't find anywhere else.
I have been committing my plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/speakout/ successfully via tortoise SVN for years. I committed a version without a problem a couple of days ago.
Then 2 hours later and ever since I am receiving an error

Please contact your server administrator for help with resolving this issue.
