Hello, my name is Mustafa. I am a Turkish graphic design and web design specialist, also a wordpress developer. I preferred WordPress for the design of many websites.
I see that the WordPress logo is now obsolete and I think it should be replaced with a more modern logo. I want to support you as you are a non-profit organization. I prepared a design for your new logo. If you are interested, you can call me at removed or from my registered e-mail address.

Hello, welcome to WordPress Core Trac and thank you for opening this ticket.
First, this is not the best place to discuss a potential redesign of the WordPress logo. Indeed, this place is dedicated to changes on WordPress CMS itself. If your proposal is accepted (see a few remarks below), then we'll open a ticket to apply the new logo everywhere, but it's far too soon for this ticket to be opened.
There, I'm going to close this ticket as invalid (which means it is not something we can address for now on Core side).
Second, I don't believe there is any plan to change the WordPress logo, but it needs to be discussed with the WordPress design team. You'll find some information about this team here: https://make.wordpress.org/design/. Feel free to join this team on Slack and start contributing to WordPress design team.
By the way, saying "the WordPress logo is now obsolete and I think it should be replaced with a more modern logo" is not enough. What is "obsolete" with this logo. Why exactly you proposal is more modern? How does it brings more value for the WordPress project? Those questions need to be answered and more design research need to be done before working on a new logo :)
