Deprecatiation error

Description

Just install and set up WordPress. I get 'PHP Deprecated: setcookie(): Passing null to parameter #5 ($domain) of type string is deprecated in /var/www/html/wcod/wp-includes/option.php on line 1112' in debug log. Also get, this message on the Admin panel.
