Hi @samibenyoussef,

Welcome to Trac!

I'm sorry that you're experiencing issues with your WordPress site. Unfortunately, this is not the appropriate location to receive help with your problem.

Requests like this are better discussed in the WordPress.org Support Forums. There are also localized versions if you'd be more comfortable communicating in your chosen language (German or French, for example).

Hi again, @samibenyoussef

This "Trac" instance is used to track the development of WordPress itself. Your report here would have been relevant if the problem you had was due to some error in the WordPress code.

But now, as you say that it "fixed itself", the most probable situation was that the update first time failed due to some temporary communication error, overload, etc. (So this very hiccup was not the result of any "bug" in WordPress itself.)

There are things you can do as a user in such cases. (And there are things your hosting company can do, too.) But the correct place to discuss that would be in the support forums, where WordPress users help each other with suggestions. So, formally speaking, your bug report here was indeed not a bug report. And for such cases, the keyword we use is "invalid". We have had discussions on changing the name of this resolution status to something "softer", but haven't found any better, but still short enough, one.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
