Hi @tarek120, welcome to Trac!

First, I am very sorry to hear that your website was hacked. It is a stressful situation and I empathise with you.

Second, in order to get the right help, here are some steps you can take:

  1. Contact your hosting provider and report that your website was hacked. They should be able to take appropriate action to help secure the account.
  2. Read FAQ: My site was hacked, which provides further information.
  3. Afterwards, reach out on the support forums to get help carrying out any other steps you would like to take.

Third, here on Core Trac, we are unable provide assistance with the situation, as Trac is focused on the development of the WordPress Core software. The resources above will help you to regain control of your website, secure it, and secure your local system. I will close this ticket as invalid, which is the keyword we use when there are no further actions we are able to take here on Trac.

Finally, I wish you the best in resolving this as quickly and smoothly as possible.
