Description
Hello,
I’m missing the update and delete buttons on the category page.
I can’t seem to update or delete one (I want to update)
I’m attaching 2 images with and without (2 different websites)

I can see the area when I do inspect in chrome but I can’t press it
when changing the language back to English the button is visible but floating on the side inside a box

I tried testing with some RTL languages and I wasn't able to reproduce this issue. This may be caused by a plugin conflict or something else.
Trac is for the development of WordPress Core, and this issue still needs more investigation to determine what's causing it. I see you've posted a thread on the support forums. I'd recommend continuing the investigation there.
