WP Uploads Folder and Media type

Description

Let's suppose we have uploaded 10 images in the year 2022 and in the 7th month through FTP.

When I go to the WordPress sidebar -> Media, I cannot find those images as I needed to set alt text and captions.

Turns out only the file/s that are uploaded through WordPress are getting proper attachment IDs and shown inside the WordPress dashboard Media.

Proposed Solution:

The valid file/s would be automatically added from the FTP folders to the media attachments, these will be the file/s that are supported by the current installation of WordPress.
