Customizer does't work for a part ot the site.

Description

Hello,
I'm trying to customize a template from starter templates - fashion designer. There is a block of content that I can't access with the customizer, nor with elementor. The block is before the footer menu and says "60 days refund, free delivery and newsletter". How can I access that block, so i could change the information.

In this case, those blocks seem to be in the "Home" page content. Then you would go to Pages, find "Home" (Front page), and hopefully find those items at the bottom of the page.
