Description
My website, ecosexlove.org, is based in WordPress, its theme is Jupiter X, its editor is Elementor and its store system is WooCommerce.
I've had many issues, website failures and other disasters due to this configuration.
The problem was always Jupiter X Core.
Here's the context:
If i use the plugin Jupiter Core the site looks fairly decent but is deeply malfunctioning and therefore not useful at all.
If i manage to install and activate Jupiter X Core, things may even work well for a while, then all of a sudden all hell breaks lose, the website disappears and i get only error messages.
This has happened several times before.
Now with Jupiter X 2, which claims to be perfect for the task, and which i've just bought for $ 76+, complete with assistance, i thought the problem would be resolved.
Lo and behold, it's NOT. Since the newly downloaded purchase won't even install.
All of this is very frustrating because it puts paying clients like me at the mercy of unknown factors that have not been duly examined or resolved by the company.
RESULT: my experience is frustration, since no matter how much i buy of follow instructions and guideline, i never get results that work!
If Jupiter X Core IS to be considered compatible with WordPress, Elementor and WooCommerce, then please make sure that all the elements of the interconnected system work well together.
If it is NOT, then clearly state so and recommend alternative themes, as in Astra or others that you are aware fully work.
I look forward to your assistance and support in resolving the problem.
Thank you!
Hi and welcome to WordPress Trac!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your website.
Reporting plugin incompatibility is often better on that plugin's support forum (Jupiter X Core forum). However, the Plugins team removed Jupiter X Core from the directory because of a security issue. So I would not recommend using it at this time—even a more recent version that might be safer.
To ask for an alternative, you could open a topic on the Fixing WordPress Forum.
Although the bug you experience is valid, I'm closing the ticket as 'invalid' because the defect is not in the core software and there is nothing we can do about it here.
