This is not a WordPress issue, you need to update your Elementor plugin, which is at version 3.8.0 (compared to your 3.2.0).

EDIT: After Googling a bit, there seems to be some Elementor add-on plugins that might be outdated.

Welcome to WordPress Core Trac @prathamk4,

As noted above, this issue is not related to WordPress Core itself. You should ask in the support forums of the related plugin.

Closing this ticket as invalid, as it is not something that can be addressed on WordPress Core side.

Regards

Even is there is "about" in the ticket description, I think the error reported was occurring in the General installation, not on About screen or Help Tabs :)

Ah, thanks for clarifying that @audrasjb. I read it as "About page error" as they said they saw it after updating. General looks right on a second read.

I'm sorry you're having trouble @prathamk4. From that error message, we can determine that this isn't caused by an underlying bug in WordPress Core. Trac is only used for managing bugs and enhancements that affect the Core WordPress software.

For further help troubleshooting what is happening on your site, I'd recommend visiting the Support Forums.
