TinyMCE: Popup boxes regressions

The popup boxes in TinyMCE are non-standard and inconsistent with the rest of the WordPress interface.

• There is no autofocus in the boxes, if you highlight some text and click "link", you have to then click again in the URL box to paste or type a URL.
• Pressing "enter" does nothing. It should submit the popup.
• The buttons are ugly, they should look like the rest of WP.
• We always have the "submit" action on the right and the cancel on the left. TinyMCE reverses this.

Has been fixed with several updates to TinyMCE.
