Hi,
I just updated to WordPress 6.1 and now the button block appender doesn't seem to work.
I found out the default block appender also has some issues (#56955), but not sure if it is related to this bug.
The button block appender is actually visible, but you can't click it due to "pointer-events:none" being attached to it.

I'm gonna go ahead and close this as a duplicate of that Trac ticket, but if it is determined these are different we can re-open this one.
