The Default Border color in the Code block is different in backend and frontend.

Description

In the Twenty Twenty-Three theme, The Default Border color in the Code block is different in the backend and frontend.

When I add a border in the code block the default border color is #ccc in the backend and black in frontend.

Hi @krunal265, I have reproduced the behavior you report. I think this issue should be reported on Gutenberg's GitHub repository: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues

Hello @riccardodicurti, It works fine if I activate another theme (such as twenty-twenty-two).
