Improve wording on updates page about auto-updates

Description
Currently, on the updates page of WordPress... We have a string that says:
"Here you can find information about updates, set auto-updates and see what plugins or themes need updating."
Yet, I find this a little confusing. Since, you could start to argue about the auto-updates here. Somebody who takes things too literally can think that it's possible to change plugin/theme auto-updates here as well. Or you could think you can edit the schedule of the auto-updates.
That's why I propose to change this line a little bit to make it more clear. I'm currently creating the PR for it.

Feel free to change my wording or sentence here. But, I find this explains it better then the current string.
