Description
Since Flash player got an End of Life in late 2020 and is being actively blocked from being run since January 2021... (https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/end-of-life.html)
Why do we still have this string in core?

If this isn't an error catching thing... I'd either remove it or change it about a warning message about how Flash player is dead and such.
